RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Nikki Christina maintains a very high level of quality assurance. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can will only be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Customer request for cancellation – The customer requests to cancel the order within 1 business day from purchase and the item has not be shipped. After 1 business day a restocking fee is applicable. Please see RESTOCKING FEE POLICY below.
- Incomplete wig order confirmation form – Wig order confirmation forms MUST be completed in its entirety after payment in order for wigs to be processed and shipped. If the wig order confirmation form is not filled out in its entirety within 1 business day from purchase, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be fully refunded.
Please note, if your order is cancelled, the bank will typically hold the authorized funds for 3-5 business days before crediting your account.
RESTOCKING FEE POLICY
- Wigs – There will be a restocking fee of 50% of the wig cost if you request a return/cancellation before your order ships on ready to ship wigs that need a refund after the processing time.
- All other products – There will be a restocking fee of 20% of the product cost if you request a return/cancellation after 1 business day from purchase.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
From time to time, Nikki Christina, at its sole discretion, may accept return of an order or portions of an order with the exception of Hair Care Products and sale items. We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Any return request after 30 calendar days of delivery will not be honoured. The item must be sent back to us in order to process the return. To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the criteria below.
HAIR EXTENSIONS
- In return package please include all items for return.
- Items must be in original condition. We will NOT accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from weft or otherwise processed) in any way.
- Cable ties and tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received without cable ties and tags will be returned to the client without an issue of a refund.
READY TO WEAR WIGS
Please note all wig purchases are FINAL except in the event the incorrect item was sent.
On first receipt of your wig, we require that you use a wig cap (included) to try on your wig for fit in order to keep the unit in new, unused condition. Keep all original packaging in place and DO NOT SEW ON YOUR WIG if your wig does not fit as expected, please keep the following refund and exchange policy in mind:
- Refunds and exchanges will only be honoured on new, unused wigs. All original tags must be attached, and the piece must be returned with all original packaging. Wigs must not be cut or altered in any way or if the unit is returned and appears to be worn. This includes but is not limited to: cutting the lace or any part of the wig, cutting the hair, removing original tags, hair has been picked, brushed, washed, cut, dyed (or chemically altered in any way), flat ironed, or otherwise manipulated with any styling tool, including hair dryers.
- Wigs must not have hair product, perfume, or any other products applied to the hair including glues, gels, adhesive tapes, and/or sprays.
- No change in the integrity of the product itself is allowed: refunds or exchanges will not be honored for units with bases that are torn or damaged in any way. This includes damage from sewing needles.
CUSTOM WIGS
- Custom wig units are NON-REFUNDABLE. Custom wigs that are made with measurements can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.

MISSING, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)
- Nikki Christina maintains a very high level of quality assurance. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
- In the event your item arrives defective or damaged contact us within 3 business days of receipt to begin the exchange process for your item(s). In the rare and unlikely event that an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt.
- For all approved claims of missing items, the full order must be returned to Nikki Christina in the original sale condition. Upon delivery and inspection a refund will be issued.
SHIPPING RETURNS
A pre-paid DHL label for your item(s) to be returned to our office. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.

Nikki Christina, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.
