Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without cancelling your order. Please Return and Exchange Policy for cancellation policy. Please note, if your order is cancelled, the bank will typically hold the authorized funds for 3-5 business days before crediting your account. Unfortunately, this is out of our control so please be sure your order information is accurate.
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your payment has been cleared and your order begins to be processed, you will be notified via e-mail.
Processing times vary depending on the type of product and are provided in the product description. Wig processing time starts when payment has been cleared AND wig order confirmation form has been submitted. If we do not receive a wig order form confirmation within 1 business day of purchase, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order is shipped, you will receive notification via e-mail and a tracking number will be provided. To avoid any delays in receiving your order, please ensure that your address is complete and correct.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS/REFUSED DELIVERY/FAILED DELIVERY
Please note we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. If you have entered your address incorrectly, please contact us immediately via e-mail info@nikkichristina.com. In the event the courier is unable to change the address, Nikki Christina will not be held responsible. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES
All packages are shipped via DHL. If another courier service is used, we notify you via e-mail before the package is shipped. Please see below shipping rates and times based on location.
- Local Delivery: USD $5 (next day delivery)
- Caribbean: USD$30 (2-3 business days)
- Rest of the World: USD$50 (3-7 business days)
SHIPPING DELAYS
INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEM(S)

LOST SHIPMENTS
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your home and with neighbours who may have signed for and received your order. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us immediately at (246) 840-8954 or info@nikkichristina.com. We will contact DHL right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund for your purchase.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If you package has been delivered and your package has been damaged which resulted in lost of item(s), please keep all original packaging and contact us immediately at (246) 840-8954 or info@nikkichristina.com. We will contact the courier right away to start an investigation. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund for your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
