Our store is hosted on NameHero LLC. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without cancelling your order. Please Return and Exchange Policy for cancellation policy. Please note, if your order is cancelled, the bank will typically hold the authorized funds for 3-5 business days before crediting your account. Unfortunately, this is out of our control so please be sure your order information is accurate.
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your payment has been cleared and your order begins to be processed, you will be notified via e-mail.
Processing times vary depending on the type of product and are provided in the product description. Wig processing time starts when payment has been cleared AND wig order confirmation form has been submitted. If we do not receive a wig order form confirmation within 1 business day of purchase, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.
Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order is shipped, you will receive notification via e-mail and a tracking number will be provided. To avoid any delays in receiving your order, please ensure that your address is complete and correct.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS/REFUSED DELIVERY/FAILED DELIVERY
Please note we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. If you have entered your address incorrectly, please contact us immediately via e-mail info@nikkichristina.com. In the event the courier is unable to change the address, Nikki Christina will not be held responsible. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES
All packages are shipped via DHL. If another courier service is used, we notify you via e-mail before the package is shipped. Please see below shipping rates and times based on location.
Local Delivery: USD $5-$10 depending on location (next day delivery)
Caribbean: USD$30 (2-3 business days)
Rest of the World: USD$50 (3-7 business days)
SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping times are a guide and shipping delays may occur which are not the responsibility of Nikki Christina. Please monitor your shipment progressing using the tracking numbers provided.
For your convenience it’s always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust DHL to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us at info@nikkichristina.com.
INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEM(S)
If you believe that part of your order is missing or incorrect, please contact us immediately at (246) 840-8954 or info@nikkichristina.com. We apologize for any inconvenience.
LOST SHIPMENTS
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your home and with neighbours who may have signed for and received your order. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us immediately at (246) 840-8954 or info@nikkichristina.com. We will contact DHL right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund for your purchase.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If you package has been delivered and your package has been damaged which resulted in lost of item(s), please keep all original packaging and contact us immediately at (246) 840-8954 or info@nikkichristina.com. We will contact the courier right away to start an investigation. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund for your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Nikki Christina maintains a very high level of quality assurance. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can will only be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Customer request for cancellation – The customer requests to cancel the order within 1 business day from purchase and the item has not be shipped. After 1 business day a restocking fee is applicable. Please see RESTOCKING FEE POLICY below.
- Incomplete wig order confirmation form – Wig order confirmation forms MUST be completed in its entirety after payment in order for wigs to be processed and shipped. If the wig order confirmation form is not filled out in its entirety within 1 business day from purchase, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be fully refunded.
Please note, if your order is cancelled, the bank will typically hold the authorized funds for 3-5 business days before crediting your account.
RESTOCKING FEE POLICY
- Wigs – There will be a restocking fee of 50% of the wig cost if you request a return/cancellation before your order ships on ready to ship wigs that need a refund after the processing time.
- All other products – There will be a restocking fee of 20% of the product cost if you request a return/cancellation after 1 business day from purchase.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
From time to time, Nikki Christina, at its sole discretion, may accept return of an order or portions of an order with the exception of Hair Care Products and sale items. We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Any return request after 30 calendar days of delivery will not be honoured. The item must be sent back to us in order to process the return. To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the criteria below.
HAIR EXTENSIONS
In return package please include all items for return.
Items must be in original condition. We will NOT accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from weft or otherwise processed) in any way.
Cable ties and tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received without cable ties and tags will be returned to the client without an issue of a refund.
READY TO WEAR WIGS
Please note all wig purchases are FINAL except in the event the incorrect item was sent.
On first receipt of your wig, we require that you use a wig cap (included) to try on your wig for fit in order to keep the unit in new, unused condition. Keep all original packaging in place and DO NOT SEW ON YOUR WIG if your wig does not fit as expected, please keep the following refund and exchange policy in mind:
Refunds and exchanges will only be honoured on new, unused wigs. All original tags must be attached, and the piece must be returned with all original packaging. Wigs must not be cut or altered in any way or if the unit is returned and appears to be worn. This includes but is not limited to: cutting the lace or any part of the wig, cutting the hair, removing original tags, hair has been picked, brushed, washed, cut, dyed (or chemically altered in any way), flat ironed, or otherwise manipulated with any styling tool, including hair dryers.
Wigs must not have hair product, perfume, or any other products applied to the hair including glues, gels, adhesive tapes, and/or sprays.
No change in the integrity of the product itself is allowed: refunds or exchanges will not be honored for units with bases that are torn or damaged in any way. This includes damage from sewing needles.
CUSTOM WIGS
Custom wig units are NON-REFUNDABLE. Custom wigs that are made with measurements can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.

MISSING, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)
Nikki Christina maintains a very high level of quality assurance. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
In the event your item arrives defective or damaged contact us within 3 business days of receipt to begin the exchange process for your item(s). In the rare and unlikely event that an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt.
For all approved claims of missing items, the full order must be returned to Nikki Christina in the original sale condition. Upon delivery and inspection a refund will be issued.
SHIPPING RETURNS
A pre-paid DHL label for your item(s) to be returned to our office. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
